At Stay Classy the well being of our guests and staff is paramount and we have taken precautionary measures to ensure everyone's safety. We apologize as this will limit some of our in person services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In response to the current conditions, Stay Classy is committed to ensuring our customers maintain flexibility during these challenging times. We will allow reservations to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before scheduled arrival date. If you are feeling ill, have symptoms, have been in contact with some with COVID-19 recently, we will gladly help you reschedule your stay with us or help you find another accommodation that will be better able to accommodate your needs. Due to our communal aspect we are not be able to fulfill the necessary quarantine protocols house you.

COMMITMENT TO CLEANLINESS

When guests check into Stay Classy we want them to feel we are doing everything we can to maintain a high level of cleanliness. Specific areas of focus include:

Surface Areas:

All high traffic and contact areas will be regularly cleaned and disinfected with trusted disinfectants. Disinfecting wipes will be placed thought common areas for guests to use at their convenience.

Guest Contact:

To prevent COVID-19 transmission through contact, Stay Classy has signage posted through out its establishment to remind guests to maintain social distancing protocols. All staff and guest will be required to follow social distancing guidelines while in Stay Classy and may be asked to leave the premises if you refuse to adhere to social distancing protocols.
Hand sanitizing stations will be located near the front desk and common areas. We offer self check in to limit face to face interactions.

Food Safety:

All dining facilities remain open and guest are more than welcome to bring take out or have food delivered. There are complimentary disposable utensils, plates and cups for guests convenience. We ask guest to bag and label their food when using the community fridge.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will Stay Classy be fully operational during my stay?

Most of our property is fully operational, some services and amenities are reduced or suspended due to health and safety guidance from local government. We recommend all guests to contact us directly ahead of their stay to learn which amenities and services will be available.

Will I be asked to wear a face covering during my stay and will the Team Members of Stay Classy be wearing face coverings?

All Guest and staff will be required to follow face covering guidelines while in Stay Classy.

Will Stay Classy be actively promoting social distancing guidelines?

Our staff has specific guidance on social distancing requirements and we have signage posted thought the establishment promoting the social distancing guidelines.

Will you be cleaning shared areas more frequently for guests?

Yes. We have implemented a rigorous cleaning regimen with approved disinfectants and all high traffic areas will be wiped down regularly.

Will hand sanitizer be available at the Stay Classy?

Hand sanitizing stations will be available at the front desk. We also carry travel size sanitizer for purchase at the front desk.

Will public areas be open such as the lounge, media room and kitchenette?

All common areas are currently available for use.

Do I have to check-in at the front desk and come in close contact with Team Members?

We can fully accommodate self check in to avoid any contact.
